- Explain what is happening in this scene.

- Where do you think this is?

- How did the gold get here?

- Why is the dragon asleep? How do you know it’s asleep? How long will it stay asleep for?

- Who is the person in the black cloak?

- Why are they playing a violin? What happens if they stop?

- Is there anyone else here?

- Draw the rest of the scene – what else is in this place?

- Draw a storyboard – what happens before and after this picture?

- Use this image as a prompt for a short story. What other characters and setting will you include? What is going to happen? Will you use any other stories as a model? What will you keep the same and what will you change?

HANNAH AND MALAKAI
Posted at 12:28h, 09 FebruaryDreams.Magical, they waltz in the air,
I see visions of thy future but no the past.
I must see the dreams of you.
But not the nightmares.they shall not seek at last.
I still wonder if I will wake or stay asleep for the eternal quake.
