Fancy Dog

• How do you know that this dog is fancy?
• What makes him different to other dogs?
• What’s his story? Where did he come from? Who are his parents? Where did he grow up? Has he had an education? How old is he now? Does he have a job?
• How might he speak? Write a conversation (through narrative with dialogue, comic strip, or play script) between fancy dog and an ordinary dog. Consider how you will show the difference between their characters and speech.
