Q2- I can infer that she was/is rich because lots of those things in the chest appear to be expensive and precious
Q3- I think she is quite old (around 70) and she is Italian because it’s quite hot in Italy and she has an umbrella the would protect her from the sun
Q4- I think her life has been upsetting because the look on her face suggests she thinks people can’t be trusted or some one has been really horrid to her.
